About the Role

A skilled Nurse Practitioner is required to deliver high-quality nursing services and work independently in our Home Visiting Service team in the North West.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex patient cases within your scope of practice, utilizing expertise in health promotion, chronic disease management, and prevention.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with acute and non-acute conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans for patients with chronic diseases and identify individuals at risk of long-term conditions.
  • Administer routine nursing care and prescribe medications as needed, adhering to relevant guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits

This part-time and full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of £45, with benefits including DBS disclosures via fast-track online services, three-weekly payroll runs, a £250 training allowance, excellent pay rates, and nationwide provision of mental health staff to over 40 NHS Trusts and 200 local authorities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £91,200, based on a 40-hour workweek.
