Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Laundry Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all laundering duties, including washing, drying, and ironing bed linen, table linen, and towels. They will also maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhere to company policies on infection control and COSHH assessments, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under their own initiative in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player who engages well with others. They will also be proactive, adaptable, and willing to positively contribute towards enhancing the quality and service levels for all service users.
