Hairdressing Assistant

We are a busy modern salon dedicated to providing first class hair care and styling services and creating a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and staff

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic assistant to join our team

Duties include:

- Assisting stylists including washing and conditioning hair

Maintaining a clean and organised salon environment

Greeting clients and offering refreshments to ensure their comfort during their visit

Providing excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and organisational skills

Prior experience in a salon or in a customer service role is a plus but not essential

The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends ( Saturday)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

- stylist: 1 year (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
