Team Supportis currently looking for a Caretakerto provide daily care and maintenance to New College Durham.

This is a full-time role available, Monday - Friday, 11AM - 7PM

You will need an Enhanced DBS and previous experience

We are looking for someone to begin straight away

**Position Summary**: The Caretaker is responsible for providing resident care and maintenance in accordance with established procedures, policies, and standards of practice. This position provides general housekeeping, laundry, housekeeping tasks, and other tasks as assigned.

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
