Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to lead and manage our Foundry Mews and Everall Court supported living schemes, providing support for adults with mental health needs to build skills for independent living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the schemes, including staff management and financial administration.
  • Lead a team to provide person-centred care and support, enabling service users to be as independent and self-determining as possible.
  • Manage financial and administrative procedures, ensuring high standards of care and support in accordance with regulations and contractual specifications.
  • Experience in managing services for adults with mental health needs and knowledge of Person-Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in motivating, managing, and developing staff.
  • Experience in managing and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and completing monitoring returns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Flexible and positive approach to work, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of safeguarding, lone working, and health and safety requirements.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
