Job Title: Scheme Manager - Foundry Mews & Everall Court

We are seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to lead and manage our Foundry Mews and Everall Court supported living schemes, providing support for adults with mental health needs to build skills for independent living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational management of the schemes, ensuring a high standard of care and support is maintained.
  • Leading a team of staff to provide person-centred care and support, enabling service users to be as independent and self-determining as possible.
  • Managing financial and administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual specifications.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing services for adults with mental health needs and a strong working knowledge of Person-Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated experience of motivating, managing, and developing staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders.
  • A flexible and positive approach to work, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of safeguarding, lone working, and health and safety requirements.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
