Chef Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet client and customer needs
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Monitor and analyze kitchen performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a contract catering environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and customers to deliver exceptional service
  • IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office and email
