We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Supported Living Scheme Coordinator to oversee our supported living facilities. This role is crucial in providing assistance to adults with mental health needs, empowering them to develop the skills necessary for independent living.
As the Coordinator, you will report to the Locality Manager and will be responsible for the operational management of the schemes. You will lead a team of professionals to deliver person-centred care and support, ensuring that service users achieve maximum independence and self-determination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial and administrative processes to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
- Upholding high standards of care and support at all times.
- Leading and developing a team, fostering a motivating and positive work environment.
- Monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing necessary reports.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A flexible and organized approach to work.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety regulations, and lone working protocols.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or a commitment to obtain it.
