Service Lead – Safeguarding Children and Families

We are seeking two Service Leads to join our Children and Families service, which is undergoing significant transformation. As a Service Lead, you will oversee care planning for children in need of Child in Need, Child protection, PLO, and court care planning support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Children and Families teams, including Children with Disabilities, Edge of Care, and Children with Families teams
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to transforming services
- Collaborate with specialist areas, including Adolescent team, MACE, and other stakeholders
- Ensure excellent practice and outcomes for children and their families
- A competitive salary of £66,210 – £68,674 (plus pending pay award)
- Relocation support of up to £8,000 to assist with your move to Stockton
- Flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home
- 27 days annual leave per year, rising to 32 with 5 years service
