We are seeking a number of individuals to join our team and embark on a 3-year career development program. During this time, you will be rotated across four areas of the business:

Private Clients: We provide personalized insurance solutions for high-net-worth individuals and businesses, protecting their valuable assets and properties.

Commercial Insurance: Our team works with large commercial clients, including manufacturing businesses, property owners, and other organizations, to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Small Business: We support small businesses, from local shops to manufacturing operations, by providing insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

Claims: Our team is dedicated to assisting clients with claims, ensuring a seamless process and minimizing disruption to their businesses.

Throughout your career development program, you will receive training from experienced managers and directors, as well as support from our partner, Wiser Academy. You will also have the opportunity to study for professional qualifications, starting with the Certificate of Insurance (Cert CII), and progressing to Diploma and Associate level. All qualifications are fully funded by the business.
