About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of small to medium-sized enterprise client business insurances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with new and existing business insurance enquiries in a proactive manner, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Administer clients' insurance requirements on a daily basis, including renewals, midterm adjustments, and new business enquiries, obtaining quotations and accounting procedures.
  • Review the demands and needs of assigned customers and advise on the most appropriate insurances to meet their demands and needs.
  • Produce high-quality broking submission reports and broker risks to the Insurance market, demonstrating effective negotiation skills.
  • Ensure high-quality client documentation is produced and provided to clients.
  • Liaise with insurers and other third parties regarding clients' insurance needs, building effective business relationships.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues on request.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments of insurance policies.
  • Good customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Effective planning, administration, and organisational skills.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
