Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to support our kitchen leadership in delivering outstanding service and experiences to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all kitchen cooking and service standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of RH's food and beverage offerings, including recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assist with product check-in and rotation to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, adhering to COSHH and HACCP regulations.
  • Assume responsibility for ingredient prep and station management, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
  • Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate, embracing change and delivering top results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum + years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in culinary operations.
  • Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold lines, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented, with a willingness to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent movement and lifting of items up to kg.
  • Work standing and walking for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining high energy levels and productivity.
  • Spends time in a commercial kitchen environment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
