Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cooking and service quality
  • Develop knowledge of RH food and beverage offerings
  • Assist with product check-in and rotation to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assume responsibility for ingredient prep and participate in teamwork
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations
  • Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness
  • Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line
  • Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute ideas, take ownership, and go beyond responsibilities to ensure team success
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
