Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Contact Centre Supervisor to join our team at the East of England Ambulance Service. As a key member of our Contact Centre Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Commercial Call Handlers and ensuring that all operational calls are answered promptly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for the shift and what occurs on the shift, documenting all events accurately and in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for liaising with the Commercial Contact Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Contact Centre. Additionally, they will be knowledgeable in all clients contracted within the Commercial Contact Centre and will fully engage with all clients to ensure client/patient satisfaction is a priority.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, with a proven track record of training and developing staff. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience with conflict resolution is desirable.
