Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled medical secretary to join our team in Kent. This role involves coordinating patients through their treatment pathway, managing clinical dictations, and providing administrative support to healthcare professionals.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, with experience of working in a busy, customer-service based role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to converse easily and provide advice in accurate spoken English.

Our team offers a competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working and relocation assistance. We are committed to supporting flexible working arrangements to help staff achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinical dictations and transcribe consultant admin via audio
  • Draw the consultants' attention to all incoming results
  • Undertake other clerical duties such as sorting post, photocopying, and answering telephone calls
