Office Support and Facilities Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Support and Facilities Specialist to join our team at IFCO Group.
This is a full-time position based in High Wycombe, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities, including coordinating services and supplies, managing equipment, and administering company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all office services and supplies, including ordering stationery, fruit deliveries, and refreshments.
- Manage office equipment, including printers, photocopiers, and franking machines.
- Order printing consumables as needed.
- Coordinate health and safety requirements, including first aid kits, personnel training, and fire wardens.
- Perform annual workstation assessments and risk assessments.
- Coordinate PAT testing and fire extinguisher servicing.
- Administer company car fleet management.
- Manage mobile phone contracts and provide ad hoc reports.
- Purchase and coordinate car park permits.
- Renew company insurance policies annually.
- Ensure telephone hunt groups remain up-to-date.
- Oversee server room and storage cupboard maintenance.
- Support retailer contracts and lease agreements.
