Job Title: Heat Network Operations Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Heat Network Operations Leader. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of our heat network operations.

About the Role:

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of district heating systems, reducing downtime and improving system reliability.
  3. Supervise subcontractors and supply chains to deliver top-notch reactive and corrective maintenance services.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular performance updates and insights through KPI reports.
  5. Develop and implement operational improvements, ensuring compliance with contractual and safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex energy projects, such as CHP systems, gas boilers, biomass boilers, and energy centers.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A forward-thinking approach with a passion for driving energy innovation and delivering outstanding results.

Salary: circa £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
