We are seeking a skilled Youth Care Professional to join our team in Carlisle, providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable children.

The role involves working on a part-time basis, with 20 hours per week allocated for shift patterns. As a Residential Child Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £15,685.91 per annum with sleep-in shifts, in addition to the basic salary of £12,428.63 per annum.

Salary Information:

  • Unqualified Basic Salary: £12,428.63 pro rata (£26,100.12 FTE) per annum
