Inventory Management Lead

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Shift Leader - Retail Stock Control Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely stock counts to our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead stock counting teams, ensuring they adhere to company procedures and quality standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring team productivity and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stock counting teams to achieve accurate and timely results
- Maintain open communication with team members and site personnel
- Monitor and improve team productivity and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and quality standards
Person Specification:
- A valid Full Driving License is required
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Basic IT skills and ability to work independently
