Inventory Control Officer

Role Description
The Stock Management Specialist will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring accurate administrative processes. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders for both internal and external clients.
- Loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records, conducting regular stock-takes, and monitoring stock levels to ensure sustainable levels.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months warehouse experience, including experience with inventory management and stock control.
- A full clean drivers license, and a commitment to health and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
