Catering Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  2. Display Management: Create attractive food displays to showcase our menu offerings.
  3. Brand Representation: Promote Chartwells' brand image and values through your work.
  4. Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our cash registers.
  5. Food Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  6. Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent Communication: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication.
  2. Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
  3. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  4. Pressure Management: Manage pressure well in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but your enthusiasm and attitude are key.

Salary:

£24,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
