Hospitality Management Professional

As an Assistant Catering Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences and providing world-class customer service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the team and manager to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services
- Motivating the team to meet expectations and deliver outstanding results
- Assisting with inventory management, budget monitoring, and implementing action plans
- Managing tills and processing payments efficiently
- Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, you'll also enjoy great perks and opportunities for learning and development.
