Our partner school provides a unique educational experience for children with SEMH needs, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment. With a focus on SEMH, the school also caters to children with other needs, including cognition and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative provisions for children not succeeding in mainstream education.
  • Utilize therapeutic teaching strategies and a caring approach to classroom management.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Devotion and resilience to support children with SEMH needs.
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable.
  • Ability to motivate students towards high achievement.
  • Commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing SEMH and other difficulties.
