Supporting Vulnerable Children in a SEMH School
Academics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Individual Needs Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Hailsham, supporting children aged 4-16 with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.
As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will work closely with the school's teaching staff and therapists to deliver targeted interventions that promote students' learning, development, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
