Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance System Developer to join our team on a 1-month contract basis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and supporting our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Server Administration:
    • Manage and maintain servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
    • Monitor server health and respond to alerts promptly.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to resolve technical issues.
    • Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
    • Document and track support requests and resolutions.
  3. SQL Server Management:
    • Build and troubleshoot SQL Server queries.
    • Perform SQL Server reporting to support data analysis and decision-making.
    • Optimize database performance and manage database security.
  4. Backup Management:
    • Implement and manage backup solutions using VEEAM.
    • Regularly test backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with backup policies and procedures.
  5. Lexis Nexis VisualFiles:
    • Administer and support Lexis Nexis VisualFiles.
    • Customize workflows and troubleshoot issues within the system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum [number] years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role.
  • Proven experience with server administration, technical support, and backup management.
