Civil Engineer Leader

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop structural projects, including bridges and other transportation infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Mentor and train junior staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer License (PE) required
- At least 8 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a focus on bridge design
- Experience with FEM modeling software and local client base
- Excellent communication and project management skills
The estimated salary for this position is around $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
