Program Protection and Security Engineer

- Provide RTP training to all new ARTPC employees.
- Engineer specialists will provide engineering analysis, including controlled technical information (CTI) identification, critical program information (CPI) assessments, and critical function (CF) analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.
- Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
- Conduct CPI surveys, CPI assessments, Army Critical Technology – Identification (ACT-ID) methodology reviews, and Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) reviews as required.
- Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support Cyber Incident Damage Assessment (CIDA) case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide matrix on the CIDA workload.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials etc.).
Eight (8) years of engineering experience.
Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
