This exciting opportunity will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of newborns and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata), a generous pension scheme, and access to various NHS discounts.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating education and learning within our neonatal intensive care unit. You will work closely with the Lead Educator and the rest of the Neonatal Education Team to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the induction of new staff, provide rolling education programs, and facilitate student placements.

The ideal candidate will possess a registered nurse or midwife qualification, a neonatal 'Qualified in Specialty' qualification, and a current Neonatal Life Support qualification. Previous experience in a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit and band 6 experience are desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about education and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
