About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Lead to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our Business Service Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value business customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Customer Relationship Managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to drive process improvements and innovation, while managing customer complaints and issues to ensure timely resolution and escalation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Lead a team of Customer Relationship Managers, providing guidance and coaching on customer service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and innovation
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in relationship management and customer service delivery
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
