**Job Description:** Academic Lead - Theory Module Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Academic Lead to deliver a theory module to a year group at the Tavistock Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of teaching and facilitation, with the ability to lead seminars and support trainee development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a high-quality theory module, aligning with the GCS curriculum.
  • Support trainee development through regular feedback, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the Theory Module curriculum.

Estimated Salary: £2,160.90 (salary), with additional payment for project work, meetings, and essay marking.
