We have a small but dedicated team of passionate professionals, including 5 vets, 5 nurses, 2 veterinary care assistants, and 6 front of house staff. Located in the beautiful Cotswolds, Stroud offers stunning countryside views, great local amenities, and is near vibrant towns like Cheltenham and Bristol.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Practice Manager with some management experience, though we will provide training and guidance where needed. A full driving license is required, as the role involves travel between branches and to external meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the practice team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent client service.
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
