Key Responsibilities- Manage line performance to achieve QCDM targets
- Collaborate with the line team to understand performance, prioritize actions, and apply improved performance specification (IPS), good manufacturing practices (GMP), safety, and maintenance standards
- Hold General Operatives (GOs) and General Shift Operatives (GSOs) accountable for maintaining health and safety, food safety, quality, IPS, GMP, and performance standards
- Identify and escalate continual improvement opportunities to the standard ways of working
- Utilize the Maintenance Management system (SAP) effectively
- Facilitate the hourly QCDM meeting and contribute proactively to the 4-hour QCDM meeting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or an autonomous role with some people coaching responsibilities
- Results-driven and understands the link between action and results
- Excellent influencer, capable of taking others with them
- Able to hold people to account and coach effectively to change behaviors
- Can lead others to follow instructions/procedures and work as part of a team
