Key Responsibilities
  • Manage line performance to achieve QCDM targets
  • Collaborate with the line team to understand performance, prioritize actions, and apply improved performance specification (IPS), good manufacturing practices (GMP), safety, and maintenance standards
  • Hold General Operatives (GOs) and General Shift Operatives (GSOs) accountable for maintaining health and safety, food safety, quality, IPS, GMP, and performance standards
  • Identify and escalate continual improvement opportunities to the standard ways of working
  • Utilize the Maintenance Management system (SAP) effectively
  • Facilitate the hourly QCDM meeting and contribute proactively to the 4-hour QCDM meeting
Requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or an autonomous role with some people coaching responsibilities
  • Results-driven and understands the link between action and results
  • Excellent influencer, capable of taking others with them
