Hull and East Yorkshire Mind is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Mental Health Community Practitioners. This role involves providing face-to-face and telephone support to individuals and professionals, promoting mental wellbeing and improving lives.

About the Role

We are particularly interested in hearing from night workers who can commit to a variety of shifts. As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services that make a positive impact on our community.

This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about mental health and wellbeing. If you have experience working in a similar field and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals and professionals through face-to-face and telephone interactions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 plus holiday pay. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, but we welcome applications from people who are passionate about making a difference in their community.
