Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional to work as part of our multi-disciplinary team, providing crisis and acute care in the community to individuals in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. As a Crisis Mental Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of care plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care, supported by a registered clinician
- Participate in the development and implementation of high-quality care
- Establish effective relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive programme of care
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of working within physical or mental health services
- Working knowledge of mental health legislation and medication management
- Standard IT skills
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
