About the Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Professional Lead to join our CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment Team.

">

The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide crisis assessment, care planning, and psychological interventions for young people up to the age of 18 years.

">

With experience of working in mental health urgent care/crisis settings, you will be able to effectively assess and manage complex situations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.

About the Team

">

Our CAMHS Crisis & Intensive Home Treatment Team provides a 24/7 community crisis service, working closely with our CAMHS Inspire Inpatient Service to support early discharge.

As part of our team, you will have access to additional training and professional development opportunities, including in-patient working.

">

Your Background

">

To be considered for this role, you must have a Registered Mental Health/Learning Disability Nurse qualification and relevant postgraduate experience.

">

You will also need to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, leadership training, and continuing professional development (CPD) relevant to the clinical area at specialist level.
