Job Title: Results-Driven Sales Professional

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Results-Driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team at Paulmont Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales results, exceeding targets, and driving revenue growth in the construction industry.

About the Role

  • With a focus on sales excellence, you will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify high-potential opportunities, and deliver persuasive pitches that meet our pricing strategies.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments, ensuring that our sales strategy remains effective and aligned with our business goals.
  • Apart from meeting sales targets, you will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, upholding Paulmont's values in every aspect of your role, and ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks to expand our customer base.
  • Craft and negotiate compelling proposals that meet our pricing strategies, while ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • You must have a strong understanding of the sales cycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and business finance knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software, are also required.

Salary and Benefits

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging between $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on their level of experience and qualifications.
  • In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a performance bonus, commission pay, signing bonus, and comprehensive training and development programs to help you succeed.
