Aspen Wolf (U.K) Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a well-established nursing home in the Sutton area of London.\

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of health issues, including dementia, general nursing, and respite care. You must have extensive knowledge and experience in these areas and hold a Level 5 Registered Managers qualification. Additionally, you must be CQC registered and have previously held a position of managing a Care and Nursing facility.\
\
**Job Responsibilities:**\
\
* Manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents\
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual needs\
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards\
\
**Requirements:**\
\
* Level 5 Registered Managers qualification\
* CQC registration\
* Previous experience in managing a Care and Nursing facility\
* Extensive knowledge and experience in health issues\
\
**Salary:** £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
