  1. Leading the editorial team to produce high-quality content.

  3. Monitoring and improving key editorial processes, including manuscript peer-review and production.
  4. Collaborating with authors and reviewers to ensure high-quality submissions.
  5. Providing guidance and training to junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, experience in scientific publishing, and strong leadership skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
