Rural Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team at Bidwells. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing data, assessing processes and systems, creating solution designs, and planning for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Gathering and preparation of business documents, including business case definition and approval, requirements definition and management, and defining and documenting business processes.
- Delivery planning, including creating and implementing delivery plans that guide the company towards long-term goals, assessing the company's strengths and weaknesses, and continually monitoring and adjusting the plan as needed.
- Analysis and modelling, including working with all departments to identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve performance, understanding the requirements of stakeholders and designing IT solutions that meet those needs, and undertaking research and analysis to understand both the technical and functional aspects of software Bidwells use.
- Management, including identifying potential problems early on and ensuring that the final solution is high-quality and fit for purpose, stakeholder relationship management, and completing initial reviews of change.
- Acceptance testing, including determining whether a software application meets the needs of the business and working closely with developers and testers to ensure that the final product meets all the necessary requirements.
