Rural Surveyor Position

We are seeking a skilled Rural Surveyor to join our team in Cambridge. As a leading rural consultancy, we offer a range of services including estate management, development, and valuation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in rural consultancy and previous experience in mentoring and managing a team.
The role will involve managing a rural consultancy team, securing new business with new and existing clients, and acting as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients. You will also be responsible for estate and farming business reviews, including diversification projects, and overseeing the day-to-day management of assets and progressing strategic plans.

- Proven track record in rural consultancy

- Up to £47,000 salary
- Additional £6,500 car allowance
