Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to managers and leaders on people-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Advise on employment law and compliance matters, ensuring the organization's HR practices are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and challenge managers and leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR, with the ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct data analysis and recommend strategic changes.
