Business Development Representative Opportunity

Pareto is a leading IT Consultancy organisation helping SMEs and mid-corporates around the globe. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company and the sector we operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
  • Perform outreach to senior executives to generate an interest in the company and build initial relationships
  • Partner with Account Managers to create customised plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle where necessary
  • Collaborate with sales teams around the globe to drive the business's sales process
  • Attend sales fairs and webinars to recruit new clients for the company

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • 1 year+ Sales Development experience (essential)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
