Responsibilities of the Business Development Director:

  • Follow a proven system to identify and deliver cost reduction projects
  • Collaborate with Cost Category Specialists to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Use provided analysis to draw conclusions and develop pertinent recommendations
  • Prospect for clients following ERA Group - Global specific programs and systems
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Apply networking skills taught by ERA Group - Global Corporate
  • Manage clients throughout the whole cost reduction process
  • Work as an independent consultant within the given structures and processes
  • Access a variety of internal programs to successfully manage your pipeline independently

What You'll Bring with You:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Background in Sales, Consulting, Business Development, Finance, Analytics, or similar
  • Comfortable talking and supporting senior-level executives
  • Problem-solving skills
