About Us

We are a care home provider seeking a highly skilled Enrichment Activities Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. This role is responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents.

The successful candidate will work closely with our community engagement team to develop community links, manage social media platforms, and design imaginative activities tailored to every interest and ability.

This position requires a computer literate individual who is enthusiastic, creative, and able to inspire residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing activity programs
  • Maintaining relationships with community groups
  • Utilizing social media to promote events

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in a similar role (similar experience would be ideal)
