Job Title: Hospital Estates Coordinator
As a key member of our Operational Estates department, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities. This role involves working closely with our engineering team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 24 days annual leave, pension scheme, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hospital Estates Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities
- Working closely with our engineering team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of engineering activities and maintenance schedules
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A recognised indentured apprenticeship in Electrical / Mechanical or Building Services HNC/HND or equivalent level of knowledge and/or experience in the Engineering trade
- Experience as a coordinator in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
