Crisis Skylight London is a leading organization in the fight against homelessness, and we are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to join our team as the Director of Crisis Skylight London. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategic partnerships across several London Boroughs, driving forward our strategic priorities to end homelessness.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead our service into our new 10-year strategy, influencing key local and national political, community, and business leaders, partners, and providers. You will play a key role as a decision-maker on our Client Services Senior Leadership Team, working closely with your counterparts in other London Skylights and across the UK.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced, innovative, and values-driven senior leader from the homelessness, health, safeguarding, or associated sectors. You will have a proven track record of building relationships with senior leaders to develop strategic partnerships, achieving strategic objectives, and influencing social change. You will be a leader in your field, with experience of operational delivery, ensuring high-quality and safe services to vulnerable adults, and the ability to provide clear leadership to your team.

What We OfferAs a member of our team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits, including interest-free loans for travel season tickets, cycle to work, and deposit to secure a tenancy, a pension scheme with an employer contribution of 8.5%, 28 days' annual leave (pro rata) which increases with service to 31 days, and the option to purchase up to 10 additional days' leave.
