Role Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Community Dietitian to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5 Dietitian, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dietetic services to patients who have experienced a stroke. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a specialized area of dietetics.

This role offers the chance to work in a diverse range of settings, including wards and community locations. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients, while maintaining effective communication with colleagues, patients, and their families. A strong understanding of the importance of patient-centered care will be essential in delivering the highest standards of service.

To be successful in this role, you will need a solid academic background in dietetics, with relevant qualifications and professional registration with the HCPC. Significant experience working in an NHS setting, particularly in a similar capacity, will be advantageous. Your ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team, will be crucial in achieving the goals of this role.

Benefits include a salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata), paid over 12 months, for a 30-hour week.
