Cleaning Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 40 to 50 cleaners/supervisors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver cleaning operations in a diverse and challenging environment
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of all soft services, including waste management and front of house services
  • Directly responsible for the management and delivery of cleaning operations, including auditing processes and performing to service KPI's
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage a team and liaise with stakeholders and tenants
  • Competent in the use of IT, including all MS Office packages, and financial management of an equivalent value in budget for staff, contractors, and commodities
  • Relevant personnel management skills and experience, with direct responsibility for operational H&S compliance
Requirements:
  • Waste management and front of house services experience
  • Proven track record in delivering excellence in the facilities services environment
  • IOSH qualified
