Evolve Graduate Development Scheme

Our two-year graduate development scheme offers a unique opportunity to join our engineering career pathway at AWE plc. As a member of our graduate community, you will be involved in activities linked to our current or future nuclear warhead development, nuclear threat reduction, manufacturing solutions, or our huge building and infrastructure programme.

Key Benefits
  • Develop a knowledge of precision components and systems, including concept generation, design, manufacture, and processing, assembly, safety, and reliability.

  • Be supported to start working towards your professional registration as a Chartered Engineer.
