Nuclear Warhead Development Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Evolve Graduate to join our team at AWE plc. As a graduate on our Evolve program, you will embark on a two-year journey of learning and development, working on exciting projects and collaborating with experienced professionals in the field of nuclear warheads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop an understanding of customer satisfaction and business performance metrics.
- Gain experience in auditing, configuration management, and Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of management systems, processes, and procedures.
- A competitive salary of £31,000 per year.
- A market-leading contributory pension scheme.
- Generous holiday entitlement and a 9-day working fortnight.
- You must be a recent graduate or will graduate by September 2025.
- You must have a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a science or engineering subject.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance.
- You must be a UK national who has not lived overseas within the last 10 years.
